BUYING LAND
Pre-Investment Consulting
The first step is to consult with you to identify your specific land needs and interests, and the services and resources you’ll need to get started.
Choosing a Location
To find the optimum location, we provide you with a wealth of agricultural land data and detailed information, including:

- A government assessment of the agricultural land, the area that can be cultivated, and the area that cannot be cultivated
- Analysis of the agricultural land for fertility and suitability for different types of food production
- Analysis of the conditions around the farmland, such as proximity to oil fields, natural gas, potash mines, gem mines, etc. plus the population, business and traffic conditions of surrounding towns, and
- Onsite inspection. Our expert staff will accompany you throughout an in-person inspection of the property.
Making an Offer
When you have selected the area of land you want to purchase, we will draft the land purchase contract for you, incorporating the conditions and terms that will get you your selected property. Then, we will communicate and negotiate with the seller or the seller’s realtor to get you the best price.
Bank Loans
When terms for purchase have been successfully negotiated, we will provide contact information for suitable banks. Note: the law stipulates that we cannot contact the bank on your behalf, but we can guide you in the process of dealing with the bank directly.
Legal Consultation
You can choose to obtain legal advice regarding the transfer of property rights from the lawyers we can recommend, or from another lawyer of your choice.
After-Purchase and Related Services
After you buy the land, you can choose to farm it yourself, and our company will do our best to help you realize your dream of being a farmer. If you choose to rent out the land, our company will also assist you in finding tenants and provide consulting services related to renting.

SELLING LAND
