Justin Yin has a strong and diverse background in land use and real estate, with over 20 years focused on agricultural real estate operations and management.

After playing key roles in China-Canada/Australia government cooperation projects, technical exchanges, land visits and inspections, Justin’s body of knowledge is highly regarded by national governments and businesses in China, Australia and Canada.

Before immigrating to Canada, Justin served as the general manager for a Canadian agricultural equipment company in China, as well as serving in senior management positions in different companies in several countries. He has held the following positions: General Manager of Canada COMCO China; Vice President of Beijing Great Wall Group Hebei Company; Assistant Chairman of Hengrun (Hong Kong) Trading Company; Assistant Chairman of Yangang Real Estate Group (Hong Kong Joint Venture).

Although native in Mandarin, Justin is no stranger to presenting in front of English-speaking audiences. He has been invited to speak to professional groups on multiple occasions, including twice presenting to the Canadian Association of Farm Advisors.

Justin is the leading Broker in Saskatchewan farmland sales to Chinese Canadians. He, his wife Annie and their family have lived in Saskatchewan since 2004, and are proud owners of farmland in the Estevan, Regina, Weyburn and Yorkton areas.

Dr. Annie Wang brings her broad acumen to the table in her role as an investment advisor for clients seeking optimum farmland ownership opportunities. She has performed extensive environmental research in China, Thailand and Canada. Most recently for 13 years with the University of Saskatchewan, Annie has been part of many theoretical and practical studies of investment environments and projects in the province.
